We realized very quickly it’s important as a mixed-use space to be clear, so I thought it might be useful to share some of what I’ve learned preparing to manage a space that includes hospitality where seating is located in a small gallery (or “public venue”), and shared on-site workspace/studios.

There have been a lot of good questions that have helped us make some adjustments to the model, but if we keep changing things without starting, we’ll never start. So here we are!
We thought it would help to visualize what the process of joining the club will look like.
