**LIVE STREAM STARTS AT 7:00PM SHARP**

The "Listening Lounge" is a new concept for casually showcasing and appreciating amplified music and other audio experiments at XCHC outside of the gig/party environment.

This premiere event we’ll be streaming the latest musical masterpiece by Calla, a multi-instrumentalist, opera singer & electronic artist based in Tāmaki Makaurau.

The 18-minute piece was created for Kiwiburn (the New Zealand regional Burning Man event) and was performed across multiple linked sound systems on Saturday night.

With that in mind, we'll be streaming on the Tech9 quadrophonic sound system followed by 2 of Calla's albums, giving us over an hour of listening.

Calla will be joining and available to message throughout the event.

After the intended music is played, we'll be sticking around socializing and welcoming ideas/albums/artists for future Listening Lounge sessions.
