Warm up for National Poetry Day with the Young Poets Open Mic. Proving that the future of poetry is in safe hands, young poets aged 6-12 and 13-25 will share their words in two events. Promising to be full of surprises, this event will feature young poets from The School for Young Writers and local schools. All young poets are welcome to take part in the open mic sections and we’ll even provide experienced readers for those who would like the support.
