North of the Sun is a critically acclaimed adventure documentary that is as much about the environment and surfing, as it is about removing yourself from your day to day, to experience something completely new. The film tells a beautiful story about friendship, resourcefulness and having an appreciation for the natural world around you.

About the Film:
Filmmakers Inge Wegge (25) and Jorn Rnumm (22) share a mutual love of surfing, and spent nine months of the Norwegian winter in an isolated and uninhabited bay of a remote arctic island by the coast of Northern Norway, surfing some of the worlds' finest waves, and existing exclusively on materials that washed up on the beach and expired food that would otherwise have been thrown away by the Government.

The film has enjoyed success with a string of awards including both the Grand Prize and Peoples' Choice Awards at the 2013 Banff Film Festival.
