So, join the « Make me a speaker » course ! :D

Before presenting the course to you, let me introduce myself. I’m Anthony, DJ for 7 years, improvisation theater actor and humorist. My goal is to use my DJ, humorist and improvisator experiences to provide fun exercices to help you to improve your public speaking skills. How amazing is that, right ? :D

For one hour, look what you will experiment :
1. Warm up
• During this part, we will all get to know each other and increase energy level by providing fun and laughing exercices ! 
2. Specific work
• This part is dedicated to work on a specific skill ; it can include work on body language, stress management or, for example, how to overcome your fear of what others may think. 
• Regarding to every course members' expectations, I will adapt the contents of my course individually. Brilliant, right?
3. Improvisation
• This part is dedicated to make improvisation exercices in order to develop global public speaking skills.
4. Relaxation
• We will finish the course by a 10 minutes relaxation and visualisation method based on Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).

So, if you are annoyed by sitting in classes and you want to experiment a fun way to develop your confidence in speaking to an audience, this course is for you!
